Breathe Freshening adds to your personality



Bad odour/smell from mouth can distract you from others. It is also not considered good when you are very near to someone and having conversation, or kissing someone child or adult.



So you need to be fresh all the time.



Natural way of Breath freshening are :

1. Chewing of Cardamom seeds provide natural essence to the mouth.
2. Meethi seeds (fenugreek seeds) to get rid from bad breathe and odour.
3. Chewing of clover, Saunf, cummin seeds after meal.
4. Candy sugar (Misri) with saunf/dry Coconut
5. Lemon juice with water , Sugar and pinch of salt.
6. Can use mouth freshener of good reputed company.

How to avoid bad breathing smell:

1. keep your good digestion.
2. Constipation can be cause.
3. Drink good amount of water.
4. Do brush your teeth after each meal. (Evening and morning)
5. Eat less sweets/bakery products ( or Floss the mouth with water after eating )
6. Avoid drinking/smoking.
7. Gum disease can be the cause.
8. Keep your tongue clean.
9. Take regular visit of Dentist.1
10. Take fruits regularly on daily basis.
11. Eating onion and Garlic can add to your bad smell.
