How to Avoid Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease became common after 40+ age. But it can be avoided if following care be taken in young age and a good control can be done.

How to avoid diabetes-Follow following  Advice.

1. Do not take Junk foods frequently.
2. Skip Sweet drinks.
3. Do not take high sweetened milk or food products.
4. Eat healthy foods (A Balanced Diet)
5. Eat green vegetables, fruits etc.
6. Do Exercise regularly.(or Physical Hard-work)-Exercise
     Regularly can reduce the chance of being diabetic
    in future.
