Health Benefits of eating Dry fruits and Nuts



Dry fruits & Nuts are called luxurious food. These are rich in nutrients and having many health benefits. These are commonly eaten but may differ in quantity as these are very expensive. The most commonly found and eaten dry fruits & nuts are  Almonds (badam), dates (khajoor), cashew (kaju), raisins (kishmish), walnut (akhroat)  and  pistachios (pista).

The various benefits are :

  1. These are good for heart and blood circulation.
  2. These are good for intoxication.
  3. These are good constipation.
  4. These are good in cancer.
  5. These are good for libido and increasing sexual stamina.
  6. These are good for eye health.
  7. These are good for digestion.
  8. These are good for gaining weight.
  9. These are good for body building.
  10. These are good for bones and teeth.
