How to reduce fat of your body.

The Body fat can be reduce naturally with the following daily routing task and Exercises.

1. Do Jogging at least 3-4 kilometer or 3-4 Rounds of 800
    meter Park. You can increase the rounds according to  
     your stamina.
2. Take 1 km walk at least after food.
3. Drink good amount of water (6-8 Glasses of water daily)
4. Do exercises at least half an hour on daily basis. If having  
     high fat body do in evening also. you can add Yoga to  
     daily routine.
5. Do rope skipping if you can.
6. Take fruits, Green vegetables, Dry fruits, Curd, skim milk/double Toned milk, Juice of Orange, Egg white
    etc.
7. Eat less junk food (burger/patties) etc.
8. Avoid Tea/coffee/cold drinks.
9. Use stairs instead of lift or escalators.
10. Do some physical work every time, if you can.
