How to keep your heart healthy ?

1. Do exercise regularly on daily basis like jogging, skipping and other
    stretchable exercises.
2. Eat heart healthy diet for healthy heart, Do not smoke, drink, do not
   eat high fat and junk food. if you take, again you need to do lot of  
    exercises.
3. Eat lots of  fruits, green vegetables and Nuts etc.
4. Take  a clove of garlic daily in morning empty stomach with warm
    water regularly for healthy heart. Garlic helps in regulating  blood
     properly and reduce cholesterol.
5. Go for whole body checkup with heart condition by heart specialist
   every year because heart is the engine of human body.
