Fundamentals for good health

1. Eat vegetables, fruits, less oily, spicy and less sugar foods.
2. Do exercise regularly/yoga on daily basis.
3. Think healthy.
4. Do not smoke or drink liquor.
5. keep yourself in healthy relationships.
