How to reduce belly fat in one month...

Belly fat/body fat look absurd and shows impact on your personality and health (Specially heart and bones). It becomes difficult to control on increasing fat on body.
The medicines are not good solution for this problem and for exercises it is difficult to find time.

We have found some common solution to solve this problem with some change in daily routine diet.

1. Take Vegetable/Fruits Salads in dinner in good quantity. Chapati (1-2) rice can be taken with cooked vegetables in less quantity.
2. Avoid oily/junked foods.
3. Start some basic walking and running exercises if don't have much time for regular exercises.
4. Drink good quantity 2.5-4 litre of water daily
5. Take dry milked soaked anjeer daily in morning.
